Enver is a visionary leader and system builder who bridges the gap between agricultural innovation and global sustainability. With nearly two decades of experience, he has risen from field-level roles to executive leadership, most notably increasing turnover by over 500% and expanding his team by 150% during his tenure as Managing Director for Turkey and Azerbaijan. A passionate advocate for the Green Deal and human and animal rights, Enver previously architected Cargill’s sustainability operations across Turkey and the Balkans, where he delivered the nation’s first certified Sustainable Glucose Syrup. Leveraging his diverse academic background from Wageningen and Cukurova Universities, he now leads Gretra with a commitment to high-impact, purpose-driven growth.
